A very fake and a negative teacher. Is known for encouraging other teachers to fail students, since she has that director position. She has personal issues and let them reflect on her students. I think she should not teach because she has the wrong attitude.

Had her for lecture and is crystal clear. She tests on powerpoint- know meds and math from powerpoint. Doing objective questions are helpful. Tests are very difficult as they are mostly application, you must know causes and nursing considerations for each disorder. Good luck!

Shelly is definitely smart & knows her stuff in lecture. She is great at explaining a topic so you can understand it before she begins lecture. However, she goes WAY too fast & is impatient for those who try to take notes and can't keep up. She has a weird sense of humor & comes off quite "snooty" when you ask questions or approach her on breaks.

I had Shelley for clinical and she is excellent. She is open for questions and easy to find when needed. She even is interested in what tests we are taking and even reviews with us for the test. Expect to have a detailed care plan and be prepared to know about the meds your pt has and how to administer them. The best instructor I have had!
