In taking Professor Phillips biology class I found my interest to enter the medical field increase. Professor Phillips made the criteria clear and precise to the core, especially when the information started to become dense. Professor Phillips cared to make sure that the labs were both enjoyable and informative along with safety first. Thank you!

I enjoyed Mrs. Phillips as a Biology teacher. Honestly I enjoyed her as a teacher, period. She is knowledgeable about occupation. She is a bit quirky. Plus, she invests in her students, and wants you to do well and wants help. Furthermore, she is organized and lucid when it comes to any instruction she gives. Take her class, you won't regret it

I took her for Biology 2. We met once a week for labs or field trips, and she doesnt lecture. The tests were online, and the only homework was lab reports. Super easy A. I dont feel like I learned much though. She felt kinda lazy at teaching, but maybe she wanted this class to be fun and easy. The field trips were the highlights of this class.

Mrs. Phillips is a great teacher. She gives her students many chances to earn extra credit. The only thing is that the lectures can be long and boring. Personally Im not great with biology but she tries really hard to get her students to understand the material.

She gives you the ability to pick your grade up with extra credit. I found her lectures easy to follow. She helps you get the best grade you can in the lecture, tests and labs. She gives you feedback when needed. I would gladly take her for another class.

I took the hybrid course so we only met one night a week. Easiest A. Online tests that are not proctored, discussion post questions, pre lab quizzes, labs & field trips. There are only 2 lab practicals but if you excel on the tests & labs and don't do well on the practicals, you'll get a solid B in the class. It's hard to fail. She genuinely cares.

Honestly one of the best professors I've had. She genuinely cares and is very informed on all the material in the course. She'll help you if you need guidance on something. The labs are interesting. The hardest part of the class was the lab practicals, which you'll NEED to study for. There was also four field trips, which were a blast. Great class.

I loved her. I had others say that they did not like how she taught. She is very caring as a person and good personality. If you are looking for a good biology professor take her. She is fun and drops your lowest test score if you take the final. The final was open book too. Tests every 2 weeks and she did game shows and more for extra credit.

Her lecture's are heavy, she goes very fast as if you should already know material, study the text and notes she gives!! There's PLENTY of extra credit, online labs are unlimited, she allows you to make up one missed test at the end of the semester. Gameshow reviews before tests and drops lowest test score!! She knows life gets in the way.

I loved her! She was a great biology teacher. She explained things in detail in class. I loved about the class the most is the labs. Lets say you get a D on her tests and As on her weekly labs. You will pass the classes. Just buy the textbook.. it gives you more info about the things she talks about . I studied both book and outline for tests.

She really knows the information and is good at explaining the material. The lectures are interesting and she provides lots of extra credit opportunities. Lab quizzes are weekly and online with unlimited attempts, so easy points. She wants to help her students succeed.

Mrs. Phillips teaching style is very simple. She lectures and goes over lab manual. Labs usually one a week (week your in a group with, so get to know your group members well). The a test every couple chapters but she does a game for the test and gives a fair amount of extra credit. No easy A, but is still manageable.

She is definitely challenging but if you put in the work and pay attention you will do great! She has a really good outline for every lecture and does a gameshow review before all the exams. all my exams were multiple choice. She was easy to talk to and classes were very interactive. I would definitely recommend her.

If you don't study outside of class you won't pass. Lots of exams and labs so even if you bomb a few things you can still do ok. Go to every lab! Read the text. She's a good teacher and obviously loves what she teaches. Not a science major but I learned a lot and enjoyed it. Responds quickly to emails. Lectures fast paced so use the outline to stud

I took her hybrid class. If you take this class prepare for really hard lab practicals and a lot of self teaching. Labs aren't bad and there are fun field trips. The exams are online and open note/book but I still barely managed an A. If you don't like lectures, this class could be good for you, otherwise you probably will just feel lost.

Great teacher, great class. It was pretty easy. make sure you pay attention the class before the test. Only problem was that you're supposed to get the textbook. I purchased the book and didn't touch it all semester.

Shes big on lectures and visual aides. She does a game of jeopardy as a review before each test day, which is super helpful. Her tests are super easy as long as you take good notes and pay attention to the lectures.
