Tom McMorrow is a great professor. Like Architecture? Get him as your professor. Tom is highly successful inside and out of the classroom. Really cares about his students and takes the time necessary for each student. But be ready to use your brain, both the creative side and technical side, because he makes you think how to solve problems.

Tom goes beyond professor to mentor status. He cares deeply about the built environment, student development, and creating responsible architects. Take a course with Tom or just talk with him some time. He is one of the most talented freehand drawing treasued in Central Illinios.

Tom is awesome. He gives you plenty of time to finish projects. When your project is graded, he reviews it with you and ask if you have any question. Makes going to class fun, and is laid back but gets the teaching across. So glad I took his classes and excited to take more. Should be more teachers like him. Thanks Tom.

tom is by far the best teacher i have had in the architecture area of icc. his family means a lot to him and he is very passionate about his teaching. and for an older teacher, the guy can throw out jokes and take them as well... totally recomment
