I really enjoyed this class. I think she makes everything very clear. Although, she moves at a very slow pace. I had gone way above this class in high school, so I already knew a lot of it, but she helped show me the math behind it. I don't know why she has such a bad score. If you need help in math I'd take her!

I really liked Lackey, she taught very clear and went slow for everyone to follow. Always was willing to re explain things. Her class is pretty easy but must do homework. Test easy as well.

NEVER sign up for her class. She does not answer questions directly. Instead of teaching the information, explaining why and how to use formulas, she just asks the class a bunch of questions that nobody knows the answer to. Instead of teaching the problem, at least once, then having the class solve a similar problem. Very confusing.

I signed up late, but she wouldn't sign me in until I actually showed up. She's nice, but very, very confusing and her communication skills are a bit lacking. She doesn't listen when you ask for help, and her answers don't match what you're asking. However, I've never been able to catch on to math this easily and I've learned a LOT this quarter.

She is a good teacher. She does a good job teaching you the information even if she sometimes gets details wrong. The one problem I have is the grading. Maybe it is me but the way she grades does not reflect the effort I put into my homework.

I liked this teacher because she got me ready for math 148. Without her I wouldnt have aced my next math class (148). Do your homework and work online and you will get a good grade in the class.

TERRIBLE. I've gotten straight A's in 4 other college math courses at Ohio State and I come to CSCC for the summer and fail her class. She's confusing and constanly contradicts herself and makes mistakes in problems. Not understanding or helpful AT ALL. DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!!

Good old Mrs. Lackey is the worst teacher on the face of this planet. Everybody in my class either failed or a few got C's in her class. If I knew it was going to be this bad I should have dropped the class as soon as I stepped foot into it and saved my butt a bunch of money.!!! WHAT WAS I THINKING???

Math comes pretty easily to me so I have gotten A's and B's every math course I have ever taken [in H.S. and College]and I got a D with her.She is TERRIBLE. She doesn't teach AT ALL. She contradicts Everything she says. When we would try to teach each other during class, we were yelled at for disturbing the class.Well over half the class failed!!!!

Prof. Lackey lectures are as clear as mud. She demonstrates methods on how students should not solve problems. She also has trouble maintaining control of her class. If you're looking for a good grade or a better understanding of the subject, find a different professor.

Lackey tries very hard to teach well, but she is not an effective teacher. She is extremely kind and will continue to help you understand material, but is not actually good at teaching. We had 3 exams (final included) which counted for roughly 3/4 of our grade. Graded homework and quizes counted for the last quarter.

She didn't really mold to my habit of thinking so I had to change it. I guarantee if you're a proactive student and TRY to work out the examples in the book before you get to class you'll understand a lot more. She is a stubborn thinker, makes mistakes, and forgets to print homework. I would not recommend her to stubborn students, but YES overal

She's a very nice person but a terrible teacher. She can't grade to save a life and no one in my class is getting an A and there's about 15 people in there. I'm very good at math and prior to taking this class I've had A's in all my others but I couldn't pull a B if it wasn't for the extra credit that she DOESN'T want to give to help her students.

If you hate math you will never be satisfied with her at all. She’s not the best. She tries to explain things over and over. Homework is not mandatory but I strongly recommend doing it for practice. She makes mistakes every now and then and students correct her. She is also a little hard of hearing. Go with the better if you can find one.

RUN to your computer and drop this course. I wish I had known about this site before I paid my $$. Nice enough person, but she CAN NOT teach (also has difficulty working the correct solutions to the problems she assigns). RUN!!!
