He's an easy professor. But if you really want to learn, it will require a lot of studying on your own time. The whole class was graded on two open book tests, and one take home test. He pretty much just copies examples from the book. He's very funny and loves to tell stories about past students.

I heard about Dr. Janna since Freshman year. I was looking forward to taking his classes. Yes, he can be charming at times (especially if you are a woman) but he doesn't teach anything. Eng. school is 70% self-study but you expect professors to at least pretend. Zero foocks given! The worst professor I had in all my time in UofM.
