I had this professor for both of my business law classes. Just READ the textbook and DO all assignments given to you. With that said, you will be fine. This professor is one of my favorites. This professor cares about hard-working students. 5/5 stars. He is just a great educator.

The whole class is 3 exams and if that werent bad he almost whispers, you need to sit in the front to hear him and even then you will have a hard time, he does know what hes talking about but he teaches in a chaotic mess that leaves you confused. your only chance is to read the textbook chapter and make your own study guide.

If you take this class make sure you sit in the first row. He is a quiet speaker, but he has a lot of good information to say. Get ready to take a lot of notes in his class. READ the textbook and take good notes and you should be fine. His office hours are also helpful if you have any questions.

The only reason I gave him ones is because you cannot give a teacher zeroes. Absolute worst class I have ever taken he WHISPERS in class so you cannot hear one word of the material. Late every class, doesn't show up occasionally. Tests are NOTHING from the notes or textbook. All truefalse questions with tricks to ensure you get them wrong. NO!!!!!

This is my second course with Professor Waters and I totally recommend him. His exams are fair and the stuff he lectures about is a blend of the textbook and his real world experience. He's very helpful and if you disagree with a grade and present a clear argument, he will listen and likely agree with you.

The class topic isn't exactly the most interesting topic, but there are some portions that are interesting once you link them to other classes. As a professor, Waters is ambiguous and dry. His exams come entirely from the notes on the slides. Don't bother taking notes, just read the chapter summaries in the book and you'll get the exact material.

Don't recommend Professor Waters but if you have to take him it isn't the end of the world. The class involves ALOT of note taking and he doesn't put anything up on Moodle. The material is very dry at times and he could be confusing and a little all over the place. Tests are on the difficult side if you don't pay attention and take notes.

Not a bad man, but he was the most boring professor I had in the MBA program. The class was just a pain. He would put tons of notes up on the overhead and then would take them off before you had a chance to copy them all down. Wouldn't post anything on moodle. Contradicted himself a number of times. Very boring class, but an okay person.

Business law is very hard subject to grasp but Prof Waters tries his best break it down to. He is one of the best profs at Adelphi and really cares about his students. You HAVE to come to class because he gives alot of examples that you wont get from reading the book.His tests they are very fair, especially since he tells you whats on them.

Prof waters is a one of a kind. He truly cares for his students and will try his best to make sure you understand what can be difficult material to grasp. he always gives a review before tests, which are in depth and a great help when studying. as long as you come to class, read the book, participate you will do fine.

Stay away from Waters! He's misleading, boring, and not helpful. You will learn nothing about the law, except that it's tedious and dry. This was one of the most awful classes in my entire college experience!

I really was excited about taking this class. My course load for this semester was hard though. .I tried very hard, took accurate notes, and paid attention. However, he favors students, doesn't give proper notes for the normal person to pass his tests, and he is not much of a help when you go to him. He picks on students and embarasses them.

Prof Waters is one of the best professors at adelphi. cares about his students and although his exams can be hard he does hook u up with a curve. If you particapte in his class hell def hook u up with a good grade, would recommend taking a class with him
