Took her for Conflict. Test were kinda hard but not too hard. Everything else is easy. Overall all I would say this class is an easy B, gotta really study hard to get an A. Very cool and funny professor. Make sure you take her!

Comment:

Love her, she's so funny. Textbook was needed as some concepts weren't covered in class. As long as you can APPLY concepts, the tests aren't tricky. Essays were pretty easy, but no one liked the peer review grading system. I would take her again!

Amy is really cool. She uses humour to lighten the mood of the class and is able to incorporate it nicely. She is very knowledgeable in the subject and will help you do well. Not too much work, but the assignments are relevant.

Excellent professor. She is very clear, lectures are interesting and she tries to involve the students in the majority of discussions. It's a 400 level class so it isn't 'easy' but very manageable homeworks/projects and exams.

I LOVE Amy. She is really really funny. I had to come back for this class after a really long break and didn't mind at all. She is really interesting, I really reccomend this class! You have to do discussion board postings to pass the class. 1 group project, 2 tests! Take her!

A total extrovert- LOVED her! One of the BEST prof in comm dept. Challenging but the info is ingrained in you. Attendance never graded but make sure to do weekly group discussions/postings! She grades HEAVILY on this. Otherwise, awesome teacher.

She's SO funny. She's relatively easy, since there is only a midterm, final & a project. You'll actually use these skills in your real professional & personal lives. She's hilarious! She seems accurate when it comes to grading as well. TAKE HER!

Easy B, hard A. Everyone says you learn something, but I didn't. Lots of busy work on the discussion forums. Followed her guidelines and got random grades (graded subjectively). Try your best and share your feelings. Post lots and often. Tests are easy (take notes in class). Presentation (graded subjectively). She says she cares but doesn't.

Interesting class, animated and funny teacher who keeps the class awake! Tests are hard, but projects are easy. Lots to study from for tests, so it's not certain what will be on the test--study EVERYTHING (it's alot to remember). No homework, just conferences--they are easy. Take her class! You'll love her, just gotta study hard!

Funny professor. the WHOLE class was only worth 100 points..yet the midterm and final had over 70 questions on each..designed to screw you over! She is a great professor as far as personality goes, but her grading is unfair. If you want to work hard and get little for it, this is the class for you.

Very funny teacher, class is always interesting and enjoyable to go to. Discussion Boards are absolutely mandatory, miss one and you can not pass the class. She is a very hard grader, so you really have to think about what you post and post a few times. Mid term and final, both are very hard, but does give study guide.

I enjoyed her class. She teaches conflict management in a way you can understand the concepts. You can learn a lot from this class and definitely apply what you learn to your own life. 2 tests + presentation, and online discussions. Tests are very easy.

Really great class. Two exams, One Group Project, Seven Discussion Boards. Professor is a little full of herself and lectures do not help as far as the exams. Grades hard on the Group Project. DO NOT MISS A DISCUSSION BOARD...YOU WILL NOT PASS THE CLASS IF YOU DO!

Her lectures barely touch upon exam material, but she clarifies the few topics she covers by using entertaining examples. Also, do not forget to participate on the online "conferences." Easy points.
