She is very unorganized, and yes she is head of the nursing department. We need someone with a more positive attitude and a person who enjoys working with students. Seems to be very uninterested in the students, unless of course you are coming for a campus visit. Very big smile all the time but no one smiles that much unless its fake.

she comes off as an uninteresting, very bland person. but i had her as my community clinic supervisor, and shes really very nice and easy to talk to. she may not be super fun or easy, but shes gets the job done and she does it well. i like her, even though she comes off differently at first.
