Definitely take this class! Teacher is fair and easy going. You can either buy the book or study the powerpoint lectures which he puts on blackboard. You learn a lot and getting an "A" is super easy. He lets you know what will be on the exams and tells you what he's looking for on the writing requirement. My favorite CJ teacher so far.

Art is probably one of the best professors at Fullerton. If you are taking him for CJ, you will not lose out with Art. He is an excellent professor. His lectures are very clear and enjoyable. He has over 29 years of law enforcement experience. He is realistic about CJ. He is not like those stupid sociology professors. It is not hard at all. Takehim

Take both classes the same semester. Powerpoints overlap which allows you to miss a few classes (dates are on syllabi). Grades papers a little tough, but exam questions are very to-the-point.

Take both classes together with him ... they overlap. Not too bad - two papers, midterm and final exam. Final has an essay portion - but he gives you the possible essay questions before. Go to class and take notes ... can get a bit on the boring side, but it's not too bad.

Really enjoyed the class-not difficult at all. Very straight forward professor. A generally nice guy, willing to help if you need it. I got outdated books on ebay...but didn't really need them. Two papers...very easy.

Don't buy the books!!! You have to show up for class because the tests are from the lectures only. If you are going to miss too many classes, take another teacher. If you can make it to class, this teacher is the one to take!

Clearly some of these students earned a poor grade in Wiechmann's class. His teaching style is direct,organized and very clear. You shouldn't have to have this instructor hold your hand through his courses. He is excellent and a hottie too.

This instructor is very unhelpful when asked. It's all about his time & not yours. Rarely, responds to emails & never phone calls. This instructor by his own admission does not even read past the first paragraph for the term paper which your grade hinges

He is an excellent professor. He very organized and outlines his class lecture on power point. The test are on class lectures, so very important to attend all class meetings. He's a funny guy too.
