Hmm. This professor did not receive very good remarks by the majority of her students at Hofstra. Same thing at Queensborough. Now shes at Nassau where I dropped her class after 1 assignment. Compare her with other Communications professors and you will see that she makes the work a lot harder and confusing than what it should be.

Everyone who reviewed her sounds like they feel entitled to a good grade just for showing up. It's an easy class, and an easy grade just do the work... or don't go to school if you feel like you shouldn't have to put in time or effort.

I really learned nothing. If your outlines aren't perfect for speeches, you'll get like a C even if your actual speech is fantastic. She's not clear about what she's looking for at all. The class is so easy but she grades hard for no reason. Half the time she's spacing out or talking about how clumsy she is. She's funny but I don't recommend her.

LYNCHHHHHH ! woooo hoooo shes great..you can't read her handwriting but she blew my mind everyday in class...loves chicken nuggets and McDonald coffee. very easy just become friendly with her

NEVER take this class at 8am it's boring and pointless, easy as hell mind you because she essentially feeds you everything but you'll be watching the clock until your hour is up. It's a joke but you don't want to have to get out of your comfy bed and march across campus every morning for absolutely nothing I could have skipped the last 4 weeks easy

This class was absolutely pointless. Its remarkable how Prof. Lynch actually requires you to attend this class every single day. A typical class would be to talk about current events, her social security, or something that happened in upstate NY. There's basically no HW, dont buy the textbook, and the test, outline, speech, final project are a joke

I did not mind Professor Lynch. I did believe that her way of teaching the material needs much improvement and the feedback was extremely vague. However, she does let you redo speeches and she will answer any question asked. Overall, I do not regret picking her for my Public Speaking professor

As a professor, she rambled sometimes and class could get boring, depending on how often you had it. The work was fairly easy but her grading differs; she especially gets more lax toward the end of speeches and stops timing them. oNe speech, one family history, and one group presentation. do not buy the book. i didn't open it once

If you don't mind a little bit of work, and I mean a little bit, then take this class with her. If you pay attention, it's the easiest course to pass and the easiest professor to take it with. Highly recommended.

Alot of people dont like her class, but it's not that bad. The speeches are BS and the outline format is pretty stupid, it just creates more work for no reason. If your lazy, this class will score you a B or a C most likely. The only problem is that some students will use this class to shoot their mouths off all the time.

She barely teaches anything and when she does it makes no sense. Gives 1 test, a 4-7 min speech along with extremely detailed outline, and group project. Shes a tough grader on the speech &outline. Overall ok, class was a joke, and if you study for the test and put effort into speech & outline, youll do fine. Still take someone easier if you can.

She's a nice person but a poor teacher. If she would stay on track then maybe we would have learned something. As it was, we spent the first month talking about politcs. She had to cut a whole speech, and in the end we had two presentations within one week. She's not totally an easy grader, but class itself is a joke. Still, take someone else.

She argues about politics the whole class after the first two weeks. Takes attendance, Very easy: 1 test, short speech, and one group project. Easy grader on the speech and group project. I barely did work and got a B+. Def take her if you don't mind listening to her go on about social security and taxes.

Very Easy, Very Funny, Very Helpful. You get to redo your outlines if they wrong after she grades them. Actually makes comming to class fun cracks jokes, and a lots of story.
