One of the best professors on campus. Father Barry is very clear and will do anything to help you understand. There are short papers every week but its really nothing. Take him and you won't regret it. Can't wait to take him again!

If God was a man, Bercier is definitely God. Such a nice man, and is so passionate about his teaching. He has much experience and always tells us interesting stories. Go to class and take notes and you'll get an A. Great great guy.

I had never opened a bible before this class. While the topic is still boring to me at times, Bercier is a great teacher to take. There are barely any assingments, not too much reading, he's very laid back. As long as you listen to his lectures, you will be fine.

Awesome professor and awesome person. His un-PC view on subjects is refreshing and almost all of what he says makes sense. Grades easily, but takes a while to pass things back. If you want to enjoy his classes participate a lot and don't be afraid to challenge him. Anyone who finds his teaching style wrong or boring simply does not make the effort

Hated this class. He uses arbitrary examples to explain a point, and very rarely makes sense. i also dont care to hear about his stance on abortion, stem cells, and the like. when professors announce their own politics, it hinders students from participating in class discussion. He also passed back an exam 5 weeks after we took it.

This was one of the worst class I have ever taken at Assumption College. He basically just talks about himself and has a one sided view about everything. I did learn that he thinks we should replace our political democracy with Judeo-Christian religious beliefs to fix "the problem of God"...that sounds accurate father.
