Great teacher and I would recommend taking this class if you need to get credit. There are four (timed, mc) unit tests and several multiple choice short quizzes, about 12 q's each. The study guides help a lot on the tests and quizzes, and although time consuming, you should do them. With a few hours of work each week, you'll get an A foshoo.

This guy is the best if you wanna learn the basics of operating a DAW system. I took his MIDI class and it blew my mind how good of a teacher this guy was. No matter how crappy a project would sound, he would look at the technical aspect of the music we made and gave positive feedback that you could really build on. Also a great listener.

Comment:

I woke up every Monday and Wednesday looking forward to coming to class. Professor Kehlenbach is passionate, a great teacher, and very intriguing. His piano playing is just superb and he is a lovely teacher. My love and knowledge for jazz immensely increased because of this class. I highly recommend taking this course.

He is an amazing teacher! He's very specific and his study guides are very precise. The tests have absolutely no surprises on them, he covers every single thing. He's very passionate about the subject and what he does which makes the class so much better. Not to mention the talent this guy has shows when he plays examples for you. Loved him!

Great teacher, very knowledgeable and clear about what's required. Online tests easy if u read text, detailed study guides if u need them, has helpful review sessions. HW simple to do, and 1 short review of an artistic event. Great class for arts GE.

This teacher is the BEST Music teacher I've had HANDS DOWN. He is very patient, knows his stuff, excellent pianist, answers all questions clearly, explains everything crystal clear, and is an awesome human being (very courteous and respectful). SAC is lucky to have him.
