The best teacher in the MET department by far. Some people will say hes hard, hes not. He is just making sure you know the material. Take notes, do your homework, use office hours.

Best teacher I've had. I took him for dynamics, engineering materials, and machine design. His test aren't easy, but if you do the homework and study from it you'll do well. He gives quizzes and home works that are graded generously, but he is more particular come test time. Take him for any class you can. Best teacher in the MET department.

He is a very good professor. His lectures are very clear and he has a lot of quizzes. Very easy grader on quizzes and labs. His tests are extremely hard, but he gives partial credit. Attendance isn't mandatory, but if you skip even one day, you'll be lost. I would take him again

One of the best teachers in the school! I'm a business major and I took Calc based Physics I for the hell of it. The class started off rough, but as I grew accustomed to the tests (and actually started reading the book) I blew the class away. He always gave applications and illustrations with his lectures which helped me a ton. Would recommend.

HORRIBLE! Hand writes notes out of order and all over the board. Tests are bizarrely difficult (with easy quizzes, so you don't expect the tests difficulty)... grading system unclear. Hates his job obviously and speaks with a monotone

He is a very good professor. I had no physics knowledge prior to taking his class, but taking notes, doing the homework problems, and reading the text book I was able to do well.. I highly recommend Dr. Stollberg for physics at Kennesaw.. I never felt lost in class, and he is easily approachable..

It took me a little time to adjust to his humor and personality but Dr. Stollberg is by far one of the best lecturers and overall professors at KSU. He is very clear in lecture, works plenty of practice problems and provides many opportunities for help. Also, he sounds and acts like Sheldon Cooper from BBT. Can't beat that with a physics prof.

Lecture's are dull, didn't learn much from the class. He isn't very helpful, and tests are very difficult but he is definitely generous with grading. As long as you can do the assigned problems you'll do fine on the test. Partial credit is given for equations and work showing you've studied the content even if you get the answers wrong.

He is very generous in grading. Quizzes are very easy. Tests are hard but most of the questions come from the textbook, so do the problems in the book as many as you can and you will be fine. HW assignments help you warm up for comprehensive questions. He let you use the final to replace the tests. Overall, he is very nice and helpful.

This is a hard course, but he is a really good professor. My only complaint is that his tests are MUCH HARDER than the homework. You're best off practicing problems that combine concepts. He will provide you with ample opportunity to ask questions, but does move through material quickly, so don't skip class.

This guy's good. You just have to know what you're doing. The class is deceptively simple. He can run through the tests that will take you an hour+ in 15 minutes. Familiarize yourself with the material!

All these reviews are from people who are genuinely stupid. If you can't take hard math problems, then change your major! He is as good as it gets. You don't need anyone spoon-feeding you through the course, and that, he does not do! He is thorough... so practice. Very smart man.

I seriously recommend you review trig before taking this class. It's basically trig word problems with additional math thrown in. Without it, you're screwed. He only explains the concepts, there is no review or explanation of the math.

I'm only 5 weeks into the semester&I loathe this class. Nice guy but moves quickly. If you dont understand the first time youre screwed. Gives lots of practice problems but doesnt explain or go over them. If youre good @physics/math you're probably fine. Only problem is KSU only has 1 other phys prof atm, and apparently shes difficult too. GoodLuck

he is a good professor! but he is definety dull. As long as you follow him on the HW probs and knows wat he is doing in class, the test is easy, gives partial just for getting eqations right!! He is good prof overall.
