I have to say that i am disappointed that i paid for this class. I am out of state not worth the $$. They should offer this class for FREE!! He is a good teacher. I really feel that it was helpful. But we could have just had a one day lecture over everything, not a full quarter.

Not a bad teacher.. a lil boring and weird but he is a nice guy.. if you do the work he assigns which isnt to hard you will pass... The class i took was Study Skills 100 which i thought was pretty easy just have 2 do ur work which i hate doing

He's a very nice guy, and he is outgoing. Nobody is ever uncomfortable in that class. Of course Study Strategies is boring, but that's not his fault. There is no way to teach such a stupid class without being a little boring.

i can't believe they make you pay for a class like this. waste of time & money. if you need tips, just go to the tutor website & you'll find his. FYI: all the stuff he 'teaches' with is on that site. he was OK. seemed a little too burned out tho. w0000000.

I learned some important study and test-taking skills in this class, but I was somewhat disappointed in Dr. Hurwitz's dress code. He also blamed the students for the language barrier between us and the instructors with severe foreign accents.

OMG! This dude looked exactly like Tommy Chong! A Total hippy, but cool. His class was pretty easy for the most part, but boring! He's also the tutoring chair...How, I don't know!
