Professor Reilly is awesome! There are a total of 3 essays in his class, last one being a research paper. He guides his students step by step and very detailed. Also provides one on one conferences for essay draft. Just follow exactly what he says regarding the assignments and you should be fine!

Reilly is a fantastic professor, Bergen is lucky to have him. My writing improved so much because of his teaching--helps you apply the textbook to your writing. ++don't buy the textbook--he gives copies of the readings. Super funny, very kind and also let me make my own thesis for all of my papers. Please take Reilly if you can, you won't regret it

really prepares you for writing. reading assignments are discussed and always pertain to the papers to be written. gives great feedback and likes to have the class engage in discussions. Very nice man and definitely knows what hes doing. Teaches great structure, and if you take the hybrid course he reminds you of what needs to be done. Loved It

I have taken this Prof. once before then I had to take English I and saw his name on the list & automatically signed up. He's very reasonable, as long as you show up in class and get your assignments done you're pretty much golden. There are no exams at all just quizzes you take on moodle. He's very nice, & understanding. I would highly recommend.

Professor Reilly is one of the greatest writing professors I have ever come across. His class contains a handful amount of work, so if you decide to take him be ready to write. A tough grader but that's for your benefit to learn from your errors. Even though it might be a tough course with him you will learn a lot. He likes students who asks quest.

hes honesty an amazing teacher. i had his class for summer wrt 100 and wrt 101 i wish i can take him for wrt 201. there no exam or test at all! write an essay once a week, listen to what he wants on the paper and you'll do great! its impossible not to pass this class and trust me i'm horrible in writing and you dont need the book, just make copys

One of the best professor I have ever had. I came back to school after two years off and always hate writing and he actually was able to make me interested in writing. Pretty easy and gives everyone a fair chance to do well in his class. Take him!!

Professor Reilly is a great teacher! I wish I could have had him for every english class. He really knows what he's doing and he's good at it! He is also a funny guy and gets along with all the students. I think everyone will learn a lot from him! Plus he's the head of the english department so you cant get anyone better than him! take him please!!

Comment:

Great Prof! Funny and sweet. Will help you if you ask him for help. Gives you few easy quizes, few essays, let you rewrite one of the two first essays, and a research paper. He reminds you about assigments everyday. The stories we read were funny and easy to understand.. Sounds hard, but the class is very easy! TAKE HIM and you will not regret :)
