John has a very laid-back teaching style, but is highly organized and has clear expectations. He regularly sends out grade reports with up to date grading, so you know exactly where you stand the entire semester. There is a lot of homework, but it is helpful for learning the concepts and relates directly to the tests.

Comment:

John is amazing. Totally knows his stuff, you get smarter just by being in the room with him. Connect is a total hassle, but he pulls off the blended class really well. Take Excel for Business before this class. Gives a lot of busy work; his lectures are where the learning happens. Pretty funny as well, loves to rag on technology (all in good fun).
