Doesnt really go by the book. His class is focused almost entirely on sorting out facts of cases. He deals in a lot of abstractionsmore than most law profs. Least favorite class of 1L. Walked away not knowing nearly as much about criminal law as I should have

Professor John Witte is hands down the best professor I have had in all of my schooling. I really do not need to say much except this: you would be doing yourself a huge disservice by not taking his class if presented the opportunity to do so.
