I took him for nutrition spring 2016 his very challenging and demanding but if you study do your homework class become really easy. Till now I still remember everything from that class. He is one of the best professor I encounter during my 4 years at NJCU

I second the student beneath me. This online class is insane. Professor Malley seems to be a nice guy but he runs this online class like a dictatorship. He literally has you rewrite the entire 250 page book. If I wanted to memorize the book I would've done that on my own. One of the worst online classes I have taken. DO NOT TAKE HIM ...

This teacher is insane. FOR the online fire safety class he gives you exercises and has you basically rewrite the entire book that you are reading. On top of that he wants 3 pages of notes per chapter. Absolutely inconsiderate and ridiculous. If i wanted to memorize the book I would have bought a copy of it long before this class. DO NOT TAKE HIM !

this class is pretty decent when it comes to learning. The professor always has a back story and keeps the class enjoyable by slightly going off topic. He is a man of character and a leader. This professor goes out of his way to help people that WANT to be helped. He makes fun of students in the most polite way he can. Awesome class and professor

I'll preface this by stating two things: I am a hard-working student. i have a 3.9GPA, and I don't mind putting the work in. However, this professor is A.) not very receptive to student input. B.) is obsessed with ridiculous, regimented group-oriented exercises. C.) runs his classroom like a totalitarian dictatorship. this class is a nightmare.

Malley is the best !! He gives you quizzes every week which I think is extremely helpful because it makes you rememember the material. He makes things so easy to understand. He is so enthusiastic,entertaining, and funny. I would recommend him for any class he teaches because he is just the best! If you study and pay attention its easy!

Professor Malley is intimidating when you first meet him. However, he is one of the best professors at NJCU. It has been 2 semester since I took him, and I still remember all the information I learned. He is strict, he expects the best, and even though he is rigorous, the class is not hard. EXTREMELY HELPFUL PROFESSOR! I took him for Summer 1 2010. 10 classes of group work completing packets that will eventually become your study guides for the final exam. Pre and post tests every class, very easy if you study the material/diagrams. HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking this professor for Human Sex Bio!!

Excellent Professor/Chairperson. Prof. Malley has been extremely helpful and I'm glad that I chose NJCU's Fire Science Program. Reading the book thoroughly is a must, and if you do, the pre and post tests are cake. And speaking of food, he brought the class to the diner and bought everyone breakfast...twice :-). Earned an A, and had fun too!

Prof. Malley is an excellent teacher. The class is done like all the fire science classes are, with 2 quizzes before almost every class, and then an excersise that you do in groups. The quizzes don't really count that much and he doesn't count every question. I dont know what that person below is talking about. I would recommend this class.
