He was an easy pass. Had 3 essays to write for his class. He swears occasionally but it's hilarious.. keeps the class entertained He hands out a whole bunch of packets but don't read them by yourself. He'll do all the reading out loud. Just submit your work on time and you should be good to go. Book was pointless . Just share with someone.

English is my worse subject, but he made the class fun and that encouraged attendance. a very fair grader. skips some classes and divides class into groups. very helpful when you ask for help.

Doesn't go into the greatest of detail, but encourages class discussion and is a fair grader. Assignments were made clear and not enormous.

One of the best professors I have ever had. Do the work come to class and get a good grade. Even if you’re not into literature his passion for it makes you want to read and learn more about it. Yes, he does miss a lot of class and let you go early, but is that a bad thing? Take good notes and give him back what he gives.

Class isn't hard if you take good notes. The quizzes/exams would be next to impossible without notes. Reading wasn't terribly necessary so long as you go to class. He is a fair grader, but make sure you adhere to MLA.

This class was pretty easy. A lot of reading, but the books were interesting. Only four papers to do and he graded fair. We always got out of class early and his lectures were interesting. I would take him again!

This was the easiest class I had my senior year. You don't even really have to read, just take a lot of notes and give everything he says right back to him, and you can get an A.

Very Kinetic. Constantly moving. Took this survey of American Lit as a summer course and we did cover all the ground in 8 weeks! Would definitely take a course with him again.

Something about a German man teaching English was hard to get used to at first. Nice guy, took effort to learn names. Didn't show up to class at least 5 times. If you eant to skate through basic english, take his class. We only did three papers!
