such a sweet teacher and person, i'm sorry that she retired. i was lucky to have her for lab. she always helped you out and made sure that you had a good grade. she cared so much for her students and you could see her real passion was biology.

Professor Lobstein is an amazing teacher. When i first signed up for Microbiology i was dreading class, but she made me enjoy it. she loves her job and shows it every day.

Comment:

She is such a sweet professor and cares about her students doing well in her class. She is disorganized and might lose your papers at time. She gives you lots of extra credit opportunities and lets you turn in your work late. Overall she is very helpful and will work with you, class is not hard to pass (fairly easy).

If you are not interested in science but have to have it, I recomend that class. Very easy to pass! If you want to acctually learn, forguet that professor, she would rather talk about her trips and personal issues than the material for class, she is also not organized AT ALL, but is very sweet, and give you A LOT of chances to improve you grade.

Spends a lot of lab repeating what she said in lecture. BUT she is SO sweet, and adorable. Really cares about her students and wants them to do well, she loves us! If you want to do well on exams, do all the practice TTD on the study guide. Use your objectives & write down what each are. She's amazing, such a big heart and great teacher.

BIO 101 & 102: She is so sweet likes to dance and be goofy. Early classes beware though, she uses ppt a lot so it's dark and tempting to sleep. Print out her notes so you can write things down for the tests which are fairly easy.She wants you to bring the text to class but you don't really need to. She makes BIO fun even if you don't like it.

I love this professor. She gives a lot of homework. Her exams are not that hard if you study. She gets side tracked alot lol She will tell you a million times about the time when her sister was born on her 8th birthday and she didnt get a birthday cake lol. She is sweet and helpful for her students.

She is an easy grader. She gives a lot of homework but she'll help you out in any way possible. She designs her tests so that you can pick some questions from each section to answer, which guarantees you at least a B on her tests. I got A's in both of her classes. BIO 102 is especially easy. Dedicate some time to her class, and you'll fine.

Take her for lecture, for sure - and take her for lab if you enjoy staying the whole time. She's pretty easy, but not always clear on what she wants you to do. I SUCK a biology and managed to do pretty well in her class. She's a lot of fun, so adorable, but it's not my favorite subject so I got bored. She likes to dance around and be funny

ALOT of homework, I mean students were complaining, it was really getting rediculous! ALWAYS went over class time, ALWAYS! I hated her blackboard assignments only because they were VERY confusing. You don't know what to do or where to go for a while every time. Really is quite boring to listen to her. I will admit, i respect her, she is fair grader

A great professor. She is ALWAYS available to help and loves questions. Show even the smallest intrest in class and no problems. Can't believe she is not a professor at much larger school.
