Comment:
Overall Ricketts is passionate about the subject but in my opinion doesn't do well teaching it. There were a few times I reached out for help and feedback was not helpful. Respond to more than two students post to get higher than "average" each week. If you do the work and put in effort you should be okay. No textbook

Great professor. Really good experience in a real manufacturing environment that he applis to class. Class is a little slow, but really reasonable professor, great shop stories related to six sigma. Take this professor. Put in the work. You will get a good grade.

Great professor. Thought it would be hard to learn from a video but it wasn't too bad. Definitely knows what he is talking about. If you put the work in you'll do great. If you don't, it's no one's fault but your own if you failed.

On point, doesn't ramble. Difficulty drawing lines between subject points. They all inner-relate to one another.

All in all, I learned from this online graduate class, but I spent the first 20 minutes of the final trying to figure out if I had the right test. The tests seemed to have zero to do with what was covered in the book or the lecture. Also, didn't update the syllabus from the term before so I kept having to double check assignment due dates.

Enterprise Resource Planning: Teacher does not take traditional approach, uses book in a limited capacity and takes most test questions from lecture. Believes in big picture understanding of ERP and not specific system--required class projects help to clarify what is relevant in your situation.

Works for Delphi. Boring lecturer. Mumbles with head down. Had a cold for most of the term and hacked alot into the microphone. Very little reading required. A final project on supply chain manangement regarding your workplace.
