Comment:

She is one of the worst professors I have ever had. She flush through the material, she doesnt give you formulas and makes the material way harder than it actually is the way she teaches it. The exam questions are nothing like the homework and quizzes and she makes the easily calculable answers the other options so its very easy to fail.

Comment:

Mrs. Reisch is very nice, but she struggles with teaching the material. It's only her 2nd time teaching Cost ACCT but it was really hard to learn from someone who doesn't completely know the material. Luckily, cost is not too hard so teaching yourself wasn't terrible. She will work with you if you care about your grade and she sees your effort!

Comment:

3 tests worth 12%, online quizzes 12%, attendance/participation 6%, Hw reading 6%, Hw connect assignments 10%, final exam 30%. This class is very challenging and she is a fine professor for the class. She doesn't teach the material that well but I just make sure to copy all of her work down and teach myself it later. I would take her again

Comment:

This was a solid choice for ACCT 2521. Reisch provided video recordings and other material that accompany the book and is helpful. There are 3 tests, 1 Final, quizzes, one participation assignment, Learnsmart homework, and Connect homework. The homework is very simple. The quizzes and tests are not much more difficult if you read the book.

We had: 10 quizzes, 3 Proctored Tests, 1 Proctored Final, 10 Chapter HWS, and 9 LSM HWS. Overall easy class, it's laid out well and all assignments make the tests easier. Study and the exams are a piece of cake! Take Her!

This class was difficult for me after breezing through Financial Accounting. Weekly HW's and quizzes with 3 proctored tests and a proctored final. There are plenty of practice problems available as well as recorded lectures.

Weekly HW & quiz, 3 tests, final exam. She gives great notes, video lectures, tons of non-graded practice, and exam study guides. I received an A+ but I did everything she posted. Class is not hard at all but you have to practice Accounting. She is clear and sends weekly update emails. If you do bad then it's your own fault. Great online experience

This class was fairly difficult for people who don't do well at accounting anyways. She assumes that every student in the class should be experts at it. The way she explains topics can be really confusing and you're better of teaching yourself. I know others in the class got A's but plenty also got really low grades. You have to practice alot.

This class wasn't as difficult as the other reviews say. Accounting is a subject that takes a lot of practice. I went to class every day even though there is not an attendance grade. If the class average is not very good, she will curve the tests. There is also extra credit at the end. Go to class, read, and practice. You'll be fine.

Ms. Reisch seems cool but she is a terrible professor. I would not take her class. For students with no accounting background this class will be difficult. For students with any accounting background you will probably know more than her, as I did. Good woman, terrible professor.

Ms. Reisch is by far the worst Professor i have ever had. for an hour and fifteen minute class she lectures the entire time, and rarely does any examples. She is rudest teacher and she does not respect anything you have to say. She does things her way and she expect you to know how to do everything the way she views it. DO NOT TAKE HER EVER!

The semester started off a little shaky, but things start to improve after the first two exams. Some topics are presented in a way that is clearer than others. Practice is key to doing well! You have to put in the work necessary to get the grade you want.

Financial Accouting was rough for me but managerial was a breeze. I did bad on the first exam but after that I got either a 100 or 95 on the rest of the exams. She is easy going for the most part and will help you if you ask her. Didn't put that much effort in and still got an A.

This course is difficult and this professor didn't make it any easier. She was unclear when explaining topics and made it confusing. She would work a problem wrong and go back and fix it. There were three tests and a final and online homework every week. I would suggest taking a different professor.

I don't think the material is all that difficult but this instructor makes it harder than it should be. She may be ok for face to face classes, but if you can take someone else for DE please do.

Comment:

SO scatter brained students are constantly correcting her. I basically show up to class then have to reteach myself whatever she taught when I leave class. It's possible to get a good grade in her class but you have to work for it. I do not recommend taking her for accounting.
