Easy class. Not very good teaching but at least the class is not boring. The quizzes are easy, study the quizzes from the book website, several questions come straight out of there.

Pretty straight forward? Four multiple choice quizzes and four graded HW problems. The material is very easy. The only annoying thing was that she would talk about (and test you on it) random things about her personal experiences with IT. Oh yeah, Red Sox or else...

This was a pretty straightforward class. 4 tests based directly off her PPT slides and a few relatively easy computer-based homework assignments. Plus she tells interesting stories about her work and the tech. discussed. If you're a Red Sox fan that helps too. Definitely take her.

ridiculously easy class...only have to go on the days she takes you to computer lab(if you dont know how to do spreadsheet stuff on your own)...study powerpoints and do the hw/project things(easy points)and its an easy A...just dont wear any yankee gear haha shes also a diehard boston sports nut

Professor Shaw is awesome. No tests, only quizzes. And 4 homework grades. She is very straight forward. Attend class and listen to what she says and you'll get an A in the class. She's fun. She tells really interesting stories and those stories will be on the quiz.

She is really cool professor and a big fan of RedSox. make sure you are RedSox fan to get an easy A in the class. Like everybody said, 4 HW and 4 Quizes. She's very interesting person, she talks about CIA since she was a former employees in CIA. personlly, if you taking MIS 301, she is the one. she give you more time to turn your homework late.

This class consists of 4 hw assignments and 4 quizzes. The quizzes are easy but some of the hw assignments you're like "we went over this???" She's a nice professor, but its almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of her because shes an adjunct professor.

She is a very good professor. She knows the topic and her stories are actually interesting to listen to which is good because they are on the exams. If you complete the homeworks, go to class and study the slides for the tests you should be fine. There are 5 exams and she drops the lowest grade and the 5th test is optional.

She is the best teacher ever. Everything written already is true about her. 4 out of 5 best quizzes and 3 HW assignments. I highly recommend going to class because the stories are on the tests. I found the book to be really helpful and the practice quizzes help too. I highly recommend this teacher, because she made it fun and easy. I got an A =).

Prof Shaw knows a lot about the topic. Although I wasn't really interested in the subject I didn't mind coming to class. She has interesting stories to tell about her experiences and her tests aren't super hard. All you have to do is go to class and pay attention. I didn't open the book once and I still got an A.

One of the easiest classes I have taken at Mason. Every post is correct. 5 exams and she drops the lowest score and 3 easy HW assignments. She gives 15 question practice exams and exact questions and answers will be on the real exam. If you cant get at least a B in her class, you dont belong in college.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!*** it doesn't get much easier than this. best of 4 exams out of 5, and easy homeworks. class attendance is mandatory as questions from exam will be based upon her stories. stories are interesting enough to go to class anyways. she's humorous, fair and knows what she's talking about. very experienced in her teaching

really cool & nice. 5 exams, drops 1. 3 hws which are easy. Attend class to get an A b/c she'll have a few questions bout her stories which you hear in lecture. Those questions make a difference inbetween an A or B. Easy B but if you want an A, attend class to get the stories.

Very easy class for being 300lvl. Make sure to pay attention to her (interesting) stories in class as they're on the test. 5 quizzes, 1 grade is dropped & then 2 easy A assignments. You can't ask more from a prof. I only studied for this class the day before the quizzes and I got an A in the course. Also, there are no +/- so a 90% is an A.

best class ever! all the exams are easy and come straight from her lectures/textbook. there's 3 hw assignments that are just as easy & takes like 5 minutes to do. this was the first class I got an "A" in since I've been at mason. she's a really nice teacher and always has funny stories. pay attention to them cuz they're on the tests!
