AMAZZZZZZING PROFESSOR NO SHE AIN'T NO HARD GRADER. you get what you worked for. Show interest in the class you are taking, work hard and you will get the grade you deserve. Professor Bird is very understanding and she cares for us "those who work" those who don't will totally get bad grades. P.S. choose your team mates wisely

I just don't like her. She is easy and the class is pretty boring, personally. Do ALL the homework's and find a good group, as much of your grade comes from group work. EASY A if you do all those things.

i really learned to love prof bird over the course of the class. she is difficult at the beginning, but opens up to the class as the weeks move on. she is very helpful and even gave me her number. nevertheless, she grades pretty hard on exams. take her... she's pretty cool

This is the class that taught me the most about management in all my time at AU. Material from the class seems to appear in every other course in some way or another. It's not too hard and Bird is very fair. Lots of work at the beginning but tapers off into finals. I loved Professor Bird's Class!

Great professor. Enjoyed the class even though mgmt is not my major or anything. If you participate in the class a lot, you'll def do better in the class. Exams are really straight forward - stick to what's on the study guide.

Uninteresting professor, VERY subjective grader. Easy exams/projects but she graded very harshly on the papers. I dreaded going to this class. She does not make you feel welcome, and I was uncomfortable to go to her with a problem. Avoid her if you can.

Amazing teacher. You get a lot more out of it if you've had some management / leadership experience. She really knows her material and consults for it on the outside. I went to her to discuss some problems in my organization and she was extremely helpful, giving essentially free consulting, and putting my nonprofit straight. A must take prof.

Boring professor, pianful to be in class with..very subjective grader and horribly run class. Text book was expensive and useless and her slides were overwhelming. Guest lecturers were only OK part....avoid her if you can!!
