Comment:

She was very nice and helpful. She was avaliable for extra help. Her lectures were interesting and to the point. I liked that she put the powerpoints she used online because it made it easier to take notes. The tests are hard if you don't study, but she lets you know what will be on the test. I would recommend Dr. Collins. She is so nice!

Pretty easy class, especially if you've had chemistry and bio prior to the class. Study the powerpoints and you'll be fine. The lab was really fun because you get to cook awesome food. Great teacher, very nice!

Dr. Collins is one of the most caring profs I have met. She genuinely cares for you and your education. She puts all lecture notes on powerpoint and is always available for office hours. Fairly easy class...you learn a lot about food!

Tough class, the material isn't, but the tests are very nitpicky, you most definitely need to read the book, she is a very fair teacher though and will listen if you think a test question is unfair. youlearn how to lease a carand buy a house...good stuff
