Comment:

Hardest professor I've ever encountered even three years/six semesters after taking his class. Very, very dry and he uses terminology that goes right over everyone's head unless you are a bio major. Unapproachable and unwilling to help, he'll just point you to the tutors. Do not take his class.

Comment:

He's a good guy, and he knows his stuff. I'm sure he was good at this job at one point, but he's just old and washed up. You can't hear him if you sit more than 3 rows back, and he uses this horrible overhead projector that you can't read his notes off of. You'll never use the text, don't even buy it. The labs are a must-attend if you hope to pass.

Comment:

Richard is a great guy. He's funny, and enjoys what he teaches. Problem is, he isn't very good at teaching it. Lectures are hardly useful, except for Friday for extra credit quizzes. Difficult class, so only take it if it's required for your major. You'll be studying a lot, especially for the Tag Tests.

Comment:

I would recommend this class nly to those who need to take it or those who love to learn about anatomy. Most of his lectures are him rambling on about nothing. That being said, he does offer boat loads of extra credit. Take at your own risk.

Great teacher, if you follow the objectives and study for the tag tests A&P is a fun class. He goes the extra mile for you if you don't understand what he is saying. He can be very loud, then very quiet at times, but other than that a fantastic teacher.
