I personally LOVED Professor Faja and am taking another class with her next semester! We lecture and follow along with code examples in class. She is always more than willing to help you out and her assignments and tests are pretty clear.

She is a very good professor. She teaches the subject with great ease. Easily approachable and always replies through the mail in case of any queries related to assignments. She does what she says. If you do not follow her, get ready to pay the price. I would definitely recommend her if you want to learn the subject.

She was very helpful. I had a java background, and she made c# a breeze to understand. her exams are not hard, if u do the work, and she tries really hard to explain basic concepts even though the class is advanced c#. she expects you to put in effort on homework and assignments. some concepts you are left to explore on yourself.

Good professor, if you have a hard time understanding foreign teachers, select a different one. She knows what she is talking about and will work with you to solve any problems. If you find a different way of doing things, that's ok. She will try your way and see if it works and if it does will explain it to the class.

Terrible teacher. Had her for Visual Basics. The class itself would have been fun, but I couldn't understand a word she was saying. Accent is way too strong and she speaks too softly.

Nice teacher, very helpful.Her lectures are very boring, so read the book for material and for exams. Exams based on lecture and book (only books is enough). Lots of extra-credits. Attendance required, since you get 100 pts for it. Exams are not difficult, but you have to read material. You'll have 2 research projects (1 is team project).

She does a good job of covering the fundamentals of programming. Her accent can be a little difficult to understand at times, but you can understand her as long as you pay attention. She seemed very willing to help. Sometimes it did feel like there was too much material covered in the exams, but she uses good examples to help get through them.

She's somewhat nice but can be moody. She just reads off powerpoints and can't use powerpoint correctly; that is annoying. She speaks fast and jumps around on topics often. Was not willing to read over our group project to see if we were on the right track. Overall an OK teacher; probably better than the alternative I could have taken.

She is good at .net this was my first formal programming class. Teaches well, but if you miss hearing somthing thing it kinda of throws you off. So keep listening to her even though it sometimes is hard to focus. She is very helpful and cares about the student. She wants you to learn.

I had her for advanced VB. Not an easy class. Faja will help you out a great deal if you go to her office. Her lectures are worthless but she is very accepting of turning in programs late or giving make-up tests. Cares about the student if you go talk to her in her office. I got a B in there, but get on her good side.

She was extremely helpful... I went to her office all the time and she was always willing to explain things and help me with homework. she is a little hard to listen to in class but she makes up for it during office hours when youre one on one.
