This instructor basically wants her students to self teach. She was of no help what so ever. She told me that there was no accounting lab available at the school and that I needed to refer back to my book. She never offered any personal help. Not recommended unless you want to be up creek without without a paddle. Worst teacher I've ever had.

Very good teacher, but you must show up for classes. I am sad to know I will not have her for managerial accounting, but got a great start from her class. Very knowledgable.

By far the worst professor I have had in my two years of college. Very lazy by taking the easiest route she can in teaching. I'm very confused on how she still has a job. You might as well take it online!

I didn't like her tests. She didn't allow for enough time during them. Also she doesn't choose homework problems that mimic her chosen test questions, so even having read the material and studying for hours, I wasn't prepared. I would not recommend taking her.

AVOID THIS INSTRUCTOR!! I had a perfect GPA for three semesters until I took her class! She is very condescending and expects the students to know the material without having to actually teach it. Two weeks after the semester started almost half the class had dropped already. I wish I knew about this site before I took her class.

Terrible,worst,awful,rude,mean.I complained bout her to her boss for her behavior, & she emailed me threatening that she wud not open the quiz, even if I complain to her boss (I requested her to open a quiz).I dropped class on 2nd day. M a baby in accting, really, just AVOID her.

This teacher has a very challenging personality. She was easily irritated by questions. I felt she was disrespectful towards many students. Did not really teach, just worked problems out of the book. I would highly recommend avoiding this teacher.

Hmm what is there to say that hasn't already been said. I don't think she is very competent. She doesn't actually teach you the concepts she just goes over practice problems. The tests are pretty hard in my opinion. They seem to always be different from what's in the book. You can get a good grade but you will have to suffer through the class.

I took her for both financial and managerial accounting..once you get accustomed to the way she teaches you can make an A...you have to work hard but its possible..i think she was prob the best out of the other teachers...just do your homework..she gives curves on tests..and the final is take home and you can work in groups on it..

This teacher is wicked. She is extremely hateful. I emailed her today with a question about cengage and her reply was "DO NOT email me about cengage." Mrs. Cook, you are the teacher, that is what you are PAID to do, HELP ME. If it weren't for my grade I'd like to tell her to shove it. Believe everything you read. STAY FAR AWAY.

I had this lady for both Financial and Managerial Accounting this last year. She was sick some but did a great job. She expected students to be prepared and on time to class as she should. Most students at TCC want to be treated as high school students and allowed to turn homework in when they want to not on time. She answers all questions.
