This teacher is very interesting! She is strait forward about what she wants in her tests (which are essays + IDs) and really loves the subject she teaches. Go to class every day and take good notes and you'll be fine.

Lectures were very enjoyable because she tells interesting stories. Tests consisted of IDs and essays. Be sure to be very detailed in both. GREAT teacher.

Prof. Hoffert was excellent. I'm taking another class with her this semester. She tells you exactly what you need to know for tests, etc. Material is interesting, and the reading load isn't bad--neither are tests. NO PAPERS!

Very interesting teacher. U'll definitely learn a lot. She's very organized, & keeps the class interesting. Lots of notes 2 take, always bring ur notebook. Videos are alwayz interesting. Outside-class participation necessary. Tests are essay oriented.
