Worst teacher I have ever had by far. He did not post grades for assignments until the last week of class so you have no idea how you are doing in the class. The syllabus was very inaccurate in relation to the assignments we had to do over the semester. He does not teaching what so ever. I did not learn a single thing the whole semester.

Dr. Fay is the best. He is an inspiring and motivational leader that will make you dig deep to challenge yourself. Though he is extremely difficult to get a hold of via email, when you do get a hold of him, listen to his every word. He really knows his stuff.
