Dr. Wacker is a fantastic professor for Theory Skills. She makes everything extremely easy to understand, and is always willing to help those who ask. She may seem a bit intimidating at first, but becomes extremely warm and friendly as the semester goes on. She is even pretty witty at times. She is a must take professor.

Dr. Wacker is one of my favorite people in the world. She is an excellent person and you can talk to her about anything, and she is an AMAZING flute player. I love watching her play. She gives great feedback in lessons and a really calm person. If you're thinking about IUP as a flute music major, she is AWESOME. I have learned a lot from her.

She is so amazing. She is one of the best flute and picc. players i have ever heard. She is always willing to give you her perspective on anything and she is always there to give you advice. she is a great teacher and loves the flute and teaching. Really think about becoming one of her students.

Dr. Wacker is so easy for skills 1. She lets you write in syllables for sight-sighting and lets you choose which number you want to do for play and sings. DEFINITELY TAKE HER. You will not regret it. I got a high A in there and I am not even a music major. Dr. Wacker is really nice as well.
