Funny guy, not difficult work. One text, packet of copies about 150 pages you use every day. HW assignments every class, two tests and a final. One science experiment and one math lesson done in front of the class. Overall a good experience

McKnight is a character! One of the funniest professors I ever had. Definitely a little strange....his laugh is HILARIOUS! Very understanding professor and does whatever he can to help students. He gets an A in my book. He was all of our McKnight in shining armors...haha

He is disorganized and rude, treats you like a 3rd grader, has no respect for others, grades papers unjustly, doesn't clarify anything, doesn't know what is going on with any math lesson he teaches, speaks down on people, doesn't care what you have to say, the student is always wrong, have to do it his way only, confusing, dont take him, avoid!

Very disorganized...jumps from math to science and back to math constantly during class. However, the work is really easy..come on, it's elementary school math! He is helpful when it comes to tests and reviews. He is an easy grader on projects. Take the class, as long as you can deal with his weirdness..but it is easy enough.

I love this guy! I don't get why everyone's writing such negative things. Yes, tests are hard, and yes, there is a lot of work, but he is sooo nice. A little disorganized, but really a very nice man who cares a lot and wants you to know the best way to reach your future students.

He's energetic and nice. He gives you alot of work, but it is not hard at all. Tests are easy, just go to class people and you will do great-You only do bad if you dont do the work. I mean its 4th/5th grade math & sci. If he treats you like a 4/5th grader its to show u how to teach them! Take him!

his class is actually quite hard! the material taught is no way elementary level math, half the class could not understand it! he is absent minded and all over the place. three hour class with a five min. break. alot of homework, its crazy! but he is nic.

Nice guy but rediculous on what he expects you to do! His tests are insane and super LONG!!! Final is like 10 pages long. Puts lots of stuff not covered in class on tests...First crappy grade...aquired in his class...BEWARE...class is NO JOKE!!!!

Prof. McKnight is funny, engaging, and supportive. It's true, he's hyper, but when you ask him to slow down he will. I was always frightened of math, and this class was helpful. The college should split math and science.
