I love math,but not with Richardson..He is the hardest Calc Professor I've ever had. He doesn't get to go over his power points that much because he has to go into detail with everything little thing so when it comes time for his pop quizzes you don't know everything.He is a nice man and helpful outside of class.Last, homework is never looked at.=/

This is a hard class if you do not have the a good understanding of Algebra, which is needed prior to calc. But the professor will help outside of class until you understand it. The book isn't that great or clear but again, the professor will answer any of your questions and is extremely helpful.

This class isn't an easy and one and neither was the professor. The computer program Maple seems to be his world. If you don't get the program, you may not get the class. His quizzes aren't hard, if you do the homework. His tests can be tricky. You basically have to know everything covered and why you are studying that topic.

Dr. Richardson was a really tough teacher. I had him and he explained things very clearly but never really went over homework. The quizes were announced at the last minute so you rarely had time to study for them.. powerpoint presentations were lengthy. But to sum it all up if you take notes and ask questions in class then you'll do fine !!

Dr. Richardson was a very good teacher I absolutely hate math and got an A in calculus. His tests and quizzes are very fair do your homework alot of the test questions are homework questions.

I had him for calculus for business. I found that i had to learn alot of it on my own. Do the homework, ask him questions abt what you dont understand outside of class. He is very helpful.

This is the worst teacher I have had a FMU, BY FAR!!!!! He is horrible at teaching. He goes over subjects very quickly and expects the students to just understand. He will write a problem on the board, and say "everyone understands"..even if you dont he moves on. Dont ask for help, you will not get it. Recommend taking Schnibben or Doughty.not him!
