This was my intro to the doctoral program class online. Dr. Preiss was tough but such a great teacher. She held a live conference call in this class and she was so nice on the call. I had heard she was a great teacher from former students who had had her before.

Terrible. Only take her courses if you want to be ruled by her FEELINGS, with no regard to logic. Typical social justice warrior. Do not expect to be treated fairly, or for reason to guide her dealings with you.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Preiss. She was AWESOME. She totally helped me with my dissertation when my Chair stepped down all this with a sense of humor. She is a superb writer, editor and academic.

The absolute best professor I have ever had. I have never met a professor who was so passionate about what she does. I attended the course just wanting to pass, but Dr. Preiss made the class fun. Due to Dr. Preiss' passion you may think she is an easy instructor, but she is one of the most demanding instructors I have ever had.

Amy Preiss is one of the best teachers in the program. Her discussion posts were interestingand sparked excellent discussion. She provided fast turnaround with grades and feedback and wrote comments in my papers that helped me improve. I asked her to chair my dissertation but unfortunately she is all booked up.

I recently saw a list of Who's Who in American Teachers and Amy made the list twice. I can see why. Just finished my intro doctoral class and she really helped me out.
