She is very nice and I would definitely recommend her! She offers a lot of help. The lecture can get boring, but you'll want to go to class because she gives random in-class writings

She is a very nice lady, I liked her a lot. The class is a little boring and some people fall asleep but you definitely need to pay attention in class to succeed. She is really helpful and I definitely recommend her. She rewards your attendance in class as well.

Your basic lecture class; if you go to class regularly then you should be fine. The concepts in the class are not hard at all, there's just a good bit amount of raw data to memorize. Good luck asking a question in class though... she'll let you keep your hand up for 5 minutes straight and she just won't call on you.

Hard class, but worth it. Even though she explains everything so clearly, it's a little difficult to predict what will be specifically mentioned on the test, but getting the minimum of 70% on lab class is more difficult than the actual class depending on how well you do on the "practical".

She is very intelligent, yet has the magic that many professors don't...she can actually TEACH it! There was lots of extra credit and she showed that she really cared about us understanding it. I say to take her is you can.

The pace for this class is fast, but there is a lot of material to cover. Tests can be difficult since the information is very detailed. Take advantage of the extra credit and read the text. I have heard that if you take anatomy in high school, this class is a piece of cake. However, if you did not take anatomy (like myself), it can be challenging.

Great teacher. The exams can be tricky. You need to study the book, attend lectures, use materials online and cd. Lectures are interesting. She responds very quickly to questions thru email, is willing to help outside of class. A's are attainable with work.

This class is a lot harder than everyone says it is, but it's basically just a lot of memorization. Lab and extra credit will save your grade easily. Take it seriously, because it's a lot of material. You have to love biology to like this class, thank god I did! The studying was worth it, I got an A. A bit weird, but a very nice lady. Don't skip!

I don't know why everyone is saying that this class is that hard. Just go to class, take notes and study and you'll do well on the tests. You do have to take a lot of notes and she does go pretty fast, but she's willing to help you outside of class if you take the time to ask her. She's a very nice lady and good teacher. And lab is super easy!!

Extremely hard, TOO many lecture notes, goes too fast providing notes, tests are far too difficult for 100 level, brand new instructor never taught before and apparently has forgotten that her course work which she just finshed is based upon how well the Professor does their job with the students!

She is one of the toughest professors i've ever had. NEVER EVER take her class. Tests are extremly hard. u'll either fail the class or pass it with a C, with the help of lab and extra credits. Too much info. and vary hard for a 100 level class.

This class is very hard for a 100 level class. You cover tons of material in such a short time. Tests are very hard, so be prepared to study. The book was pretty much worthless becasue she bases her tests off the lecture notes.

Tough class, but will prepare you for any Biology major. Do the extra credit, and do good in lab, and you only have to have about an 85 average on test to get an A. Very clear in lecture.
