His philosophy on the text is that you are supposed to read the book yourself, and he'll teach you things that aren't in the book, which can be good or bad, depends on the person. He focuses a lot more on teaching his students to think for themselves and to get interested in the shady things that the government is doing.

Had PSCI104 with a different professor. Has an ego the size of Texas. Ignores most male students and tends to favor female students. Talks about his conncections to Democratic Party. Uses the classroom as his own election campaign. I am a member of the same party as he is but after his class I voted for his opponent!

Horne justs talks about himself being elected. Well Dave Daniels would beat him any old time. He is hooked on elections and Jerry Springer. He only likes skiny girls! He teaches nothing and tells jokes the whole class time. His test are out of this world! Avoid him all you can! Ken Shull is better!

i don't have a problem with bill personally, but i didn't care for his class at all-he's very egotistical and vulgar and brags most of the time...and he never goes over or teaches ANYTHING that's on the test- so if you take this class, be prepared to teach yourself everything you'll need for the tests.he's wal-mart paranoid and talks about nonsense
