Online was difficult because Professor and everyone in class had to switch over to online due to the pandemic. So he did try, he gave a lot of extra credit when we were in session, he was reasonable grader and I enjoyed his corky sense of humor. Fair teacher.

Charles corwin is really good professor only problem was lab because his assistant was Nichole Mann and she was projedest , so basically she doesn't like foreigner .for example she doesn't let me and other foreigner help each other in lab class. but for American she didn't say any thing . so if it s law why only us we have do that .

Definitely review the end of chapter review and the pre tests he has on canvas, some of his test questions come from there. Easy A if you put in the work. My grade dropped because I didn't study for the last 3 exams.

Prof. Corwin is Great professor for Chemistry 305. There's a chapter test every Monday and key term quiz on Wednesday. Easy class if you pay attention and read chapter. A lot of students have an A in his class. I recommend taking this instructor.

Professor Corwin is an easy professor, but he's awkward, and touchy. He would touch students when you go up and ask him a question and he's just awakrd to even talk to. Other than that, theres an exam every Monday and key term quiz every Wednesday. He lets you use a cheat sheet for every exam.

Gives extra credit and lets you use a cheat sheet. Do the study guides! Something is due every day so go to class. Once a week vocab quiz and collaborative worksheet, and once a week chapter test. If you read the book and watch YouTube videos youll do fine! Definitely possible to get an A. Bad lecturer. Dont expect to learn from him solely.

Prof Corwin, what he expected was clear. There were no surprises, one vocab quiz and one chapter test a week. He knew this class was a pre-req to others and was willing to work w/ you to make sure you pass as long as you put in the time. He also catered to all the different learning styles to make sure everyone understand. He was approachable!

one test and one quiz per week. example tests are available to practice, REALLY HELPED. quizzes are on vocab from the chapter covered during that week. 10 questions match the word to the definition. not hard to get 100% if you just study the words. drops lowest test score. he makes the material easy to understand.

little study neede. Amazing professor. You wouldn't regret taking his class. Test Monday (can carry a cheat sheet during test) Collaborative Wed: Group work A Quiz Wednesday: Only includes the Terminology which is always less than a full page to read. IF a friend of you taken it use his lab and tests. U'll get A 4 sure.

This is the hardest class ive ever had to take so far.. If youre good at math and calculations maybe it will be easier for you. Corwin makes it as bareable as possible. Once you learn how he does his tests it gets easier. Study the pratice tests he uploads to d2l and also the pratice test at the end of every chapter and you will do fine.

This class wasn't bad at all. He's pretty self explanatory. theres a test and quiz every week. He breaks things down pretty good for you to understand the material. As long as you show up everyday and pay attention, you'll pass!

Lectures are pretty boring in class. Group class assignments. Study a lot, every week a test and a quiz. Too much information for one week. Extra credit is 1-2 points. Drops the lowest test and a quiz.

He made chemistry so EASY! He explains everything very simply. There's a quiz or exam every class but they're easy!He allows notes for the exams it's hard to fail. Also offers a lot of extra credit. Lowest exam and quiz grades are dropped. Easy A if you put in the study time. I recommend a study group and you'll pass. I would take again.

It was the hardest class. The class was so fast paced that I barely had time to learn it. Every week there is a test and a quiz. New week, new chapter. Extra credit is 2 points, not a lot though. The good thing you can use a cheat sheet. Prof. is very monotone and talks very quiet and sometimes you really can't hear anything.

This class was definitely difficult and required a lot of reading and studying. The lectures were on Monday and Friday so over the weekend you just studying. He gives a big load of lecture mostly on Friday and I felt like 2 days wasn't enough to study everything completely. His extra credits are hilarious, he only gives 2 points per assignment.

The professor is an average. He has a very fast pace teaching and stuffs students with information. Every week there is a test, and a quiz. So get ready!! Attendance is crucial. I felt like i was dumping all the information I've learned every week and moved on to another chapter so the material studied in the begging of the semester is forgotten.

I know everyone says Prof. Corwin is the best, but I do not agree. Though I did receive an A in his class, I don't feel like I learned anything about chemistry. He gives exams every week (Mondays), which is stressful but it also makes you study hard then brain dump the information. Extra credit is plentiful. If you don't get an A you are lazy.
