Interesting, fun guy, but all he does in class is ramble, mostly about history and less about theater. It's like a history class light. All the time claims his class is hard and you must do the readings, but it's just not true. Quizzes are weird and unpredictable. He does love theater though, which is cool. B-.

very interesting-totally excited about his subject. Great at motivating the class and getting discussions going. I don't know what all the hoopla is about showing Angels in America. closed minded people don't belong in a theatre class.

Class is hands on, very active. But he can be unhelpful if you are having a major problem with something. Rather temperamental. Class work wasn't bad if you really tried. Final project is another story. He grades REALLY harsh, and looks for the smallest flaws without seeing how good the rest of it is. Not really recommended unless major or minor.

READ THE PLAYS. Keeps class very interesting. I found his humor and sarcasm funny, he's very blunt and tells the truth (probably shocking to all the sheltered Berry kids.) Would rather listen to him rant than discuss plays haha. I transferred but I heard you needed more chili peppers Mr. Boy, so here you go. ;)

Fun guy and everything, and I learned a fair amount (although, really, I'll never need to know any of it again), but I still had a hard time actually liking this professor. He seemed to pick favorites, and there was one guy in the class that he sort of picked on. Still, he's a humorous professor and VERY passionate about his subject!

He's hard to please - I was always suprised on his exams and quizzes. I never knew what to expect. He pretends to be reasonable, but I would disagree. Definitely read all the plays a few times... I would definitely not take him if you have the option - I knew people who took another prof and it was a lot easier.

Here's the hint to this class...read the plays and the commentaries in the book. You can't lose. Professor Boy is a very interesting teacher and I enjoy going to his class. The lectures are animated and engaging.

This guy is pretty funny. He dresses super sharp. He's very passionate about what he teaches. All the students in my class were annoying... but the class was pretty interesting. The first test was impossible, the second one was super easy, the last one was okay. The exam was optional!

OMG I loved this class. I never missed one day. Christian Boy is such an amazing professor! And if his tests are the hardest at Berry I def am taking the wrong classes. I made near 100s on all of them without studying for more than an hr.
