Professor Sweetman is one of if not THE nicest and most enjoyable professor I have even had. He helps DURING quizzes and tests, gives PLENTY of advance notice, and multiple opportunities for extra credit. I hated spanish with a passion, yet I would take another course if he was teaching it. I cannot begin to describe how great of a professor he is!

Take him for spn 2, especially if you're a sr and walking. He asks at the beginning of the semester if there's any sr's that are graduating and makes sure you don't fail. I failed the mid-term (because it's made my the dept) when i took the final, he graded it there and let me go back and change ones that were wrong!!! I passed and walked.

I'm so shocked at these bad reviews. Prof. Sweetman was the best prof. I've ever had. Spanish has always been so hard for me and his way of teaching just made it all click. I'm sorry I can't have him again this semester. You should def. take him!
