Graded quizzes every Friday, based on homework. Test questions were similar to homework, so while homework isn't mandatory, you have to do it. Test bank can be helpful. Posted lectures on youtube, which is helpful for review.

Comment:

Dr. Baginski is a caring professor who try's to help you as much as possible. Class isn't too tough. Look at old tests and you should do fine. Quizzes are tougher than the actual test.

Alright, here's the deal guys: Don't be stupid in his class, don't be lazy, and also attend office hours. If you do all of those things you will come out fine. The Mike Baginski is no-nonsense so you won't be able to pull a fast one on him. For Electromagnetics 1 his class was demanding but if you pay attention you'll learn to like the class.

Dr. Baginski is a really great teacher. If you do not keep up with the homework you will fall behind and you will hate yourself. He gives very reasonable tests and I wish I could've had him for other classes. I got a D because I didn't keep up with homework and didn't do well on the weekly quizzes. Seriously, hard work pays off in this class.

Comment:

Baginski made difficult material understandable. Quiz every Friday, on a problem like 1 of the 3 previous hw's. Drops lowest quiz. Tests are like hw's & quizzes. The textbook is weaksauce, so copy down everything he writes in class. The class feels like you're going Mach 2 with your hair on fire, but do every hw problem and you'll get it.

Dr Baginskis class is very easy if you keep up with the homework and consistently attend lecture. His tests are difficult but pretty straightforward (simply because the material is difficult). He is willing to help if you attend office hours; he wants his students to succeed.

Dr. Baginski's lectures occasionally can be scatterbrained and hard to follow, but he tries hard to make sure you understand the material. There were quizzes every week and two tests.

Makes difficult material accessible. The book can be hard to follow but his lectures clear things up very well. Make sure to attend all classes and do the home work he assigns (5 or 6 problems per lecture) and you can make a good grade.

Dr. Baginski seems to be a very intelligent individual. Unfortunately he is super sporadic and the most disorganized professor I have had at Auburn (expect maybe for Dr. Bob who most of you don't know.) He gives homework every night and will take it up when he feels like it. Two test plus the final. Will scales tests some but don't rely on it.

Comment:

One of the hardest professors I've ever had. He seems like a fairly nice guy, but this class is his world and he expects it to be yours too. Be ready to answer questions in class. Tests are tough. Nobody completed his final project.

I found the subject matter a bit confusing, but it all came together in the end. Baginski cares about how well his students are doing the class. He likes to assign homework after each class and have quick quizzes every Friday. This is not a class to skip as you will fall far behind!

Very outstanding professor who cares about students' success. Takes up homework occasionally. scales test 5%. extra points for attendance sometimes. office hour everyday from Monday to Friday. quiz on Friday, but similar to homework. recommend others taking his signal class. well covered for preparing for random signal class..

Long winded and confusing, both the teacher, the textbook and the material. Tough subject matter. He cares so much about the students understanding everything. Makes mistakes on board, bad handwriting, makes it difficult to follow sometime. HW every class, quiz every friday. Really is there for students and cares so much. Gets better after 1st test

Professor is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the course material.Sometimes a little scatterbrained in derivations,but makes things that will appear on tests crystal clear.Often emails the class with the exact type of problems that will appear on the tests,which are nearly identical to homework.Prof also has a fun engineering stories

Hard but a very good teacher. His tests could have been rediculus but they were ok. The homework is rediculus. He will give a couple of problems and only collect one, the hardest which he doesn't expect you to solve. Office visits get longwinded. Nice curve though so work hard and you can be a B easy.

He was a great teacher who cared a lot about how his students learned. He begs students to come to him for help and when they do it is definitely worth their while. He is the real deal and goes beyone the classroom to help his students. Do his homework and actually learn how to solve the problems and you will be fine.
