I think he knows Calculus well, but isn't sure on how to explain it. He'll teach the lesson and then do a practice problem on the board. There's a 5050 chance that he'll get the problem wrong and won't know how to fix it. Most of his tests are too long to finish during class. He did offer a make-up exam and if you work with him he'll work with you

Professor Williams can be very confusing. He teaches the material as if the students already know the info. He basically works out the problems on the board with little explanation. If you don't come to class you WILL be lost. Only 4 tests and online homework. study study study! Not an easy A if your lazy, but if you put in the work you will pass.

The he is fast paced, and I know a lot of people had a hard time keeping up. If you've never taken Algebra before you will be confused about some of the concepts. However, he does drop the lowest test score and he has study sessions before tests. Not an easy A.

His classes are paced too quickly and he does not cater to students who need more in depth explanation of the material. Very blah approach to teaching bordering on boring. Can't really encourage you to take him.
