She is a horrible professor. She does not even communicate the things you have to do. Doing this through all the covid situation is already frustrating enough. I do not recommend b/c she does no shows for zoom class. Only had class once out of the 3 weeks in and its supposed to be 3 times a week. I'm not paying her to not teach.

Okay people listen up (if you know, you know) I enjoyed being in class solely because it was entertaining. Responding to emails, technology, and human interaction are not her strengths. I am saying this to warn you if you take her class... she can barely see or hear. It is quite miserable and her teaching style is not effective. I do not recommend

Grade is determined by four things, two tests and two papers. Is quite tough grading the papers, but does give you a chance to revise them. Basically all you do is watch videos and sometimes read out of the book.

Dr. Wilson is truly an amazing professor! From her witty humor, amazing lectures, and easy assignments, she is truly awesome! I have taken three of her classes, and received A's in all of them. Show up, study a little bit, pay attention- and you should get an "A" no problem!

Lots of feedback but it's sometimes not very specific. Even when it is, it's extremely hard to figure out what exactly she wants. She would also change her mind about how she wanted something done, not say anything, then take off points because it wasn't how she wanted it. Very critical grader

I took this class online. She expects a lot out of you. Multiple assignments due every week by Friday. My biggest issue with her is that I had a death in the family and she wanted me to prove it! I lost all respect for her then. I was glad when the class was over.

This class was somewhat easy, but dragged on for hours. Ms Wilson is hard of hearing, doesnt notice when people have their hands raised, and is just downright rude. Shes a tough grader & will take off points if she doesnt understand your writing. This class was extremely boring, and the worst parts were when she lectured endlessly about nothing.

I hated this class. She constantly talks about politics when it doesnt even relate to what were talking about. Shes extremely rude and if she doesnt agree with your opinions shell take off points.

Had her for Comp II and I thought she was hilarious. Very dry and a little all over the place, but there is a method to her madness. She asked at the beginning of the semester who thought they were good writers and I verified it by having her grade my final essay as marvelous. If you can write, you win. It's Comp II, you should know english by now.

One of the best professors I have ever had. She tells you exactly what to fix on your paper, so getting an "A" on the second draft is very attainable. There are only a few papers, and no exams. Definitely recommend taking Dr. Wilson.

If you need fine arts credit, do it with any other professor. Dr. Wilson was late by 10-15min almost every day (but miss 2+ periods, she drops you). She says her classes are based on discussion, but be prepared for long lectures. I get the feeling that she is a brilliant and interesting person but this class was a chore.
