AFTER TAKING TWO CLASSES WITH HIM, ALL i WANT TO CALL HIM IS mr. junk! i feel regret. I have to take them because they are required for a degree. I wish to have another alternative but not. After learning he only had an Associate's degree from the same college, I wasn't wrong to assume he didn't know much about design. He's shown us some of his works and I thought "that's not what I came here to learn." Disappointing. :( He criticizes my work like I don't know what I'm doing (I've had background in design), and sometimes changes it.

Ed's a wonderful, meticulous teacher. I learned tons about design structure in his classes (103 and 220) but last semester two things really stuck: Go big or go home, and getting over the fear of putting your work out there for the world to see, like getting over stage fright. So helpful! Take his typography class. You'll love it!

Scared to death that I'm going to leave CSM with the ability to design only mid-late 1990's graphics. I was expecting to learn how to (eventually) design some trendy, contemporary graphics/learn fresh techniques that would make for a hot, marketable portfolio. Subsequent classes don't look much better. Time to get some new talent into this program.

he is a strange guy that makes jokes that aren't funny. Sometimes the class gets boring, but u do learn. He's nice and will always try to help u if u have trouble. He tries not to make class stressful.
