Dr. Elaine is probably one of the finest instructors at CSULB. I thoroughly enjoyed this class and think that all freshman going into the field of education would greatly benefit from her class. Read "The Lies My Teacher Told Me" - that is the basis of this class. She is great!

I'm from a liberal community & family, so I was fine with her. But centrists & conservatives are clearly not welcome in this class. My friends of this view would be offended here. In her view non-liberals have nothing to offer & I feel like it's attitudes like this that contribute to polarization. She watches too much Keith Olbermann.

She is a best friend of my family, I never took a class from her, I don't even attend her school but I always learn so much from her and she is so passionate and caring and loves what she does. If you take her class I am jelous because I go to the University of North Dakota and I won't get the oppotunity to take it.
