Not a good teacher by any means. I have used my notes on take home quizzes and copied stuff directly from him and it is still wrong. Goes to show even if you do exactly as he does youre still wrong. Not a bad guy, just a bad teacher.

Show up to class, take notes and pay attention and you can easily pass the class. Drops the lowest grades for quizzes and tests. Only 4 labs, all of which are VERY EASY! Easiest chemistry class I have ever had.

He tells you everything you need to know and gives you lots of notes. Be prepared to write a lot but it's worth it. Quizzes are easy and almost everything in them are on the exams. The 4 Labs are also easy and fun. If you need a science class this is the one to take.

While Dr. Sekabunga does break everything down in class he has a very dry personality and is never willing to help with questions. Also he will take points off if something is not done exactly as he said, even down to the way you write certain letters and how you answer equations. Have plenty of extra paper for notes.

Breaks down everything as simple as possible. Writes EVERYTHING on the chalkboard. If you want a class where you just have to attend and take notes without being bothered - he is the professor for you. Will nitpick your work to death on tests, however.

I would not recommend this professor to someone with no prior knowledge of Chemistry, even though he teaches a 101 course. He is very unclear about what material will be covered on the test. Also, he is not interested in answering questions.

He is very knowledgeable and helpful when you ask for help. Yes he does take off a lot of points if you don't have EXACTLY what he is looking for on a test but he does care about it students. I have had the privilege to converse with him outside of class and once you get to know him he is a very laid back kind of guy. One of the best professors!

I recommend anyone to take him for consumer chemistry. He basically writes on the chalkboard the whole class. Just copy his notes and do your best on all assignments. Keep all tests and quizes for the final. Do not get the book. He does not use it at all. The class was interesting at times but mostly boring. The labs were very disappointing.

A very difficult class to take due to the amount of material to be covered. Dr. Sekabunga was pressed by the schedule of the syllabus to the point where we could not write as fast as he was talking. He did answer questions, but the answer was usually short and to the point. I did manage to speak to him twice after class and he was very helpful.

I really like Prof. Sekabunga. I understand chemistry a lot better now that I had him. Sure he is somewhat anal about things, but that is chemistry. People would take the initiative and ask him questions if they really cared. Was more than genorous as far as giving us HW questions to focus on and letting us know(for the most part)what was on exams.

Professor Sekabunga seemed to get angry or very frustrated when people would ask him questions regarding material. He ddidnt necessarily focus on if you got the answer correctly but he was EXTREMELY anal about the smallest details and if you dont write it perfect he will chop nearly half your score off.
