Best professor I've taken a class from at U of R. Holly makes sure that everyone in the class understands the material, and she will go out of her way to provide extra help. She teaches for all learning styles and ensures that the class is learning and taking in all of the material. Highly recommend and hope she continues teaching!

If she is offering a class TAKE IT. Unlike other linguistic profs she repeats and engrains exactly what she wants you to know. I hope she comes back and teaches more before I'm done my undergrad, because she is absolutely phenomenal. Not an "easy A", but WELL worth it. You won't even WANT to ever skip, because she's fun and interesting.

Holly is an excellent professor. I love that she uses many different teaching styles (lecture, hands-on, etc). The midterm was tricky, but assignments and presentation make up for it. I highly recommend this class, she does an great job teaching a psychology class when she is trained in linguistics!
