She is an awesome teacher but the class is tough if you don't do all of the reading she assigns. She is always willing to help and is super nice. But if you don't like to read or do a lot of outside of class do not take her class. Her test are very hard but does offer extra credit through out the semester.

Janis is the most amazing professor I've ever had ever since I started taking classes here 2 years ago. She's so kind and considerate. She will make time for anyone who is in need of help. She will even offer to meet you students outside of her office hours. Take elmore for psych and you wont regret it, not even once.

Wonderful person. Work for grade was fairly easy not too difficult but when it comes to the exams its much more difficult than the quizzes.

this class was really tough for me. Elmore is the bomb though, she is always there for you, always trying to help you out, but you definitely gonna have to put some effort. This class is not as common sense as much people think, there is a lot of reading and terminology, A LOT! so get ready for that. Again Ms. Elmore was just fantastic!

I had her online and every time I logged on, I wanted to punch a wall. This is a harder than expected course with her. The summary of how she runs is exactly this: She assigns little to no homework and tells you what to read for exam. BOOM! DONE! She does not teach the class. She tells you to read and expects you to pass her insane exams.

AMAZING TEACHER. You can tell she really cares about her students and their grades. I had her for an online class and it was a great experience. Grades were always up to date and everything was always clear. Very easy if you put in a little effort.

She is really nice but very unorganized. She makes her own tests, so the wording is a little different. Reading every chapter can help a lot or you can watch crash course videos on you tube.

Elmore is very unorganized, and briefly reminds you about things that are due. All power points are lectures, and only reads off of them. She shows you videos that aren't relevant to what you're learning. Gives you group work and you don't really know the answers to, because she doesn't teach very well.

Janis is a fabulous instructor. She is extremely clear. The class was easy for me and I barely studied. Anyone can do well as long as they pay attention to lecture, read the chapters, and do the required work

Really great professor! She gave extra credit opportunities, replied quickly to emails, commented on all assignments, and worked with you if an assignment was going to be turned in late. She really knows her material!

She's an amazing teacher, super nice, and tries to get no you if are willing to talk to her. She will stay after to help and is willing to work with you on your assignments. IF you do not text or talk during class, and read the book, you will do good in the class. Lots of chances to do extra credit.

Don't get me wrong- Janis is a really nice lady. She's willing to make time to meet with you outside of class. But, I didn't learn a single thing from her. Doesn't give clear instructions on assignments. Nice lady, just bad teacher. She'd make a great therapist though!

I really enjoyed Professor Elmore. She responded promptly and thoroughly to my emails and commented on all assignments. Her exams were much more difficult than the department final and brought my grade down but other than that I enjoyed the online class.

If you want to learn this is the class for you. She really knows her subject. She expects work but is not unreasonable. Have to study and attend class but if you do then the class is pretty easy.
