I found this man to be infuriating in his liberal views. I clashed with him regularly. I thought that he presented a poor picture of what a CJ professor ought to look like. That said, I learned a great deal from him, and would recommend him to anyone who needs to learn about Corrections.

No textbook, so you have to be able to decipher rhetoric from his homemade powerpoints, which is not always easy. Go to class and take notes. I agree totally with earlier comment "can sometimes be moody" <--very accurate statement!! For the most part he seems wellintentioned towards student understanding, but may not convey it well.

I've had him for 2 classes & he is an excellent teacher. One of the classes only had like 14 people in it & we had some great discussions & he brought in some good guest speakers too. One of the few classes I never skipped. Great lecturer,

Quinn knows his stuff. I have had him for two different RHAB classes. Sometimes he is moody and unapproachable but overall he is a nice guy and an excellent teacher.

I was in his into to drugs and alcohol class. He acts really tough, tests can be a challenge if you dont go to class. People actually want to hear him talk. I enjoyed every class day I went to. He was interesting and never judged people for questions.

He acts hard but is really a nice guy. His book is easy to read and his tests come right off of the pages.
