The class is difficult, but only because there are so many assignments and discussions. This made it hard to keep up with all of the work and many end up missing a few. You have to attend two concerts and write essays about both events. I found this to be a waste of time since I still had to watch videos later to have something to write about.

This class was strictly online. She was not very clear in email responses and the beginning of the semester was a disaster, nothing was prepared so therefore we were behind from day one. Overall the class was fine, but quite difficult if you have never been exposed to music and playing instruments before.

She is not helpful at all. The listening quizzes are hard, but you can find quizlets for all of the tests. She requires you to attend 2 live concerts and write essays about them. She is not clear about what she wants on the essays and grades them hard. She requires a lot for discussion forums and grades hard. I do not recommend taking her class.
