Friendly guy and makes lots of jokes, but can get very off topic very easily. Do your readings and assignments, show up to class, and participate and you'll get a B at worst

Super was awesome. Best professor I've ever had. Very funny guy and teaches more than the course expects. Very clear grading system and lots of opportunities to raise your participation grade.

Comment:

Dr. Super is a hilarious and articulate professor. He is very knowledgeable and tries his absolute best to use associations in his lectures (often the Office, Family Guy, Music, etc.). The lectures are easy to follow and both of the textbooks are heavily used. 3 tests, final, 10 quizzes, and 2 projects. Very nice and understanding!

This professor is hands-down the funniest guy you will ever meet. He gives great feedback on research papers. Looks at attendance/class participation a lot when grading. I'm so happy to be able to take his class again next semester!

One of the best professors at WVU! Hilarious! Goes an random tangents/ relates history to funny TV shows ( office, family guy). There are two tests a midterm and a final. They are a little tricky, just write everything down on slides/ what he says and you should do good. Be prepared to read and discus the material! Few easy papers too. A+

I loved this professor. I had him for 2021st century. He is so funny and great at keeping you engaged in his long and otherwise boring lectures His quizzes could be hard and need specific details, but his mid-term was online and the final was based off of class lecture notes and essay questions that he gives you in advance.

His class was a lot of fun. If you just go and pay attention you'll do fine. He really enjoys relating history to FamilGuy and other funny tv shows. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Fantastic! One of the best. This professor is one of the few at WVU that implicitly forces students to use higher order thinking skills. Students that don't like his class don't like to read and can't think for themselves. Bottom line.

By far the worst professor. His lectures are completely unorganized and he speaks in extreme monotone. The quizzes and test are based entirely on short documents written in old english, that you need to basically memorize and are extremely difficult to understand and he does little to clarify. You will learn nothing and its not worth taking.

This is an online course. Textbook required is online. Attendence is mandatory to the extent that you must post discussions on the class discussion board. Professor Super is a starched collar. A little more relaxed than many professors, but that is not to be taken as being easy in class. He is very fair and very helpful.

Took his Latin American history class, absolutly awful, easily the worst class I have taken here. No structure, or organization, delievered in an endless monotone. Offered very little help. Don't bother.

Super is kick-ass. He is a master of LA history. His tests are awesome: he gives you the essay questions ahead of time, you just need to outline them to prepare. Because the exams are easy you have more time to relax and enjoy the lectures. Also, take his Cuba course. It's amazing.
